Hello dear reader and welcome to my little blog detailing this journey through pregnancy, birth and new parenthood! My name is Katy, I am 36 and this is my first child after a two year struggle to conceive.

I want to use this space to talk about all the things I have noticed, the experiences I think are useful to share and I hope my experiences can help others navigate their own and/or just help people understand what they could expect on their own journey.

I am going to be brutally honest here friends, so if you don’t want to know the ins and outs and details, this might not be the place for you.
